MET Tirana Building

A Modern Icon in the Heart of the Capital
At one of Tirana’s most prestigious addresses, on “Dëshmorët e Kombit” Boulevard, stands the MET Tirana Building, a multifunctional building with contemporary architecture and a distinct urban identity. The building is notable for its elliptical shape and elegant design, with a floor area of approximately 1,800 m² for typical floors.
The project is developed across:

• 12 floors above ground
• 4 underground floors
• Total height of 48.70 meters

This multifunctional building is designed to offer modern spaces for offices and services, combining functionality, aesthetics, and high construction standards. “A.I.C.” invested in and organized the construction works for the 4 underground floors from 2018 to 2019, while the remainder of the project is being realized in collaboration with other partners.
