Residential and Services Building

We have completely finished with architectural proposals and project solutions and we are waiting to start with building construction in 2022.
The built part will be developed in such a way as to relate to the existing condition and exploit links and accesses therein. The ground floor is drawn as a volume further inside the building, creating the largest public pedestrian space that surrounds the park created in the north of the building as a leisure and recreational area which opens straight Artificial Lake.
The two underground floors serve as parking spaces and technical facilities. All floors except the ground floor and the first-floor function as residence.
