The concept was of a multifunctional residence, a combination of living apartments, office space, shops, bars and restaurants for the convenience of everyday’s life.

The project of the new multifunctional building in Tirana takes place on 12 levels above ground and 4 underground, for a total height of 48.70 meters.
The building is elliptical in shape with a planar surface of about 1,800 square meters; the first floor and the 1st floor are designed to be 2 meters narrower than the upper floors and cover an area of about 1,500 square meters.
‘‘A.I.C’’ has invested and organized work for building 4 underground floors, while the rest is built from other cooperator.
